Jennifer Aniston says her family believed she’d ‘never make a dime’

Jennifer Aniston is continuing to make revelations about her past experiences which have helped her to do well in her career.

The actress revealed this time to People magazine, that her own family predicted, that her family was adamant she’d never "make a dime" from her career as an actress.

The 50-year-old actress made history by earning $1 million per episode during the later seasons of the popular NBC sitcom 'Friends' and is now earning $2 million per episode on Apple TV's The Morning Show.

Aniston said that it was in her early 20s when she began developing her confidence in her career. "By getting honest with myself in terms of my relationship with my family," she said.

"Speaking my truth to them without fear and therefore my work reflected that," she told to People Magazine.

"And then ‘Friends’ came. If there were any naysayers in my family, 'This will never… you’ll never make a dime.' Just watch me. Don’t threaten me that way," Aniston said. "God knows now I’m going to make a couple of dimes."
