Reality star Kylie Jenner has been selling hoodies with the phrase 'Rise and Shine' written on them after sparking a social media craze when she shared video in which she sang the same to daughter Stormi.

Kylie on Sunday took to her own Twitter to deny the presence of any ‘rise and shine’ cease and desist letters. She has denied reports that her lawyers had contacted a small business in Australia over their use of the same phrase on the t-shirts.

"Guys, please don’t believe everything you read," she tweeted. "I have not sent any Rise and Shine cease and desist letters. Rise and Shine was an unexpected moment.. I had a lot of fun with it, and I have laughed so hard seeing everyone’s memes since the video came out a few weeks ago."

"There are no law suits, no cease and desist letters. Happy Sunday," She further wrote.

Meanwhile the business in question also took to social media to deny that there was any truth to the reports. 'We currently do not and have never had a problem with Kylie Jenner,' the business shared.
