After Avengers: Endgame we see Spiderman in the new movie Spiderman: Far from Home. One thing that our fans are not happy about is the fact that IronMan is no more.
In the Avengers Endgame we find that in a bid to save the world, the Ironman makes a huge sacrifice. As per the recent trailer, we see Tom Holland who plays the role of Spiderman looking at a Graffiti of Ironman and remembering him. As they say, time waits for no man. Spiderman gets back to his work of saving the city.
However whether you are a superhero or not, you require a break. Peter Parker along with his high school friends takes a break and go to Europe. It all seems to be fun until something interrupts them. They are a set of meta-humans called the Elementals.
Now, here is the fun part. Nick Fury played by Samuel Jackson gets in contact with the Spidey in Europe and tells him that he is back on the job. The biggest surprise awaits here. Nick introduces him to Mysterio, played by Jake Gyllenhaal. Now, this is what surprises us; as per comic books Mysterio is supposed to be the biggest foe of Spiderman and also a part of the "Sinister Six" a group of metahumans headed by "Kingpin".
However, we see him as a friend-in-need and also a part of the team to battle The Elementals. One thing is for sure that it’s a big surprise for the fans to see Mysterio being a helping hand for Spiderman. But that raises a big question, is it possible that Mysterio might turn out to be a foe.
Previously in many comic series’ of Superheroes, we see quite a few examples where the friend turns foe. In the case of Batman, ‘Two-Face’ better known as Harvey Dent turns from friend to Foe, which was very well portrayed in the movie DARK KNIGHT.
Also, another example would be Harry Osbourne turning from friends to a foe. When he feels that Peter betrayed him with his Girlfriend Mary Jane. Also adding to his fury is that Spiderman killed his father Norman Osbourne.
However, we can better hope that in this movie, the Mysterio remains his friend. The SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME is directed by Jon Watts and Produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal featuring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jon Favreau, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Samuel L Jackson.
