Ariana Grande has been putting her quarantine time to good use. The pop singer-songwriter is now owner of a mansion in one of the most popular streets in Hollywood.
The 26-year-old has bought a newly built home in the Bird Streets area for a whopping US$13.7 million ($14.6 million), according to sources.
Designed by Los Angeles-based firm Woods + Dangaran, Ariana Grande’s modern-style abode is about 10,000 square feet, and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows through much of the main level, allowing for optimal views of the canyon and the Pacific Ocean beyond from every room.
The sleek three-story house also consists of a swimming pool.
The mansion features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Her master bedroom suite takes up an entire floor of the house. It comes with a massive space to organize a walk-closet for the singer’s wardrobe needs. It also has several other places where she can easily get ready for events, reports Republicworld.
Ariana Grande’s stunning Manhattan home also features its own juice bar, 75-foot indoor pool, an IMAX Theater and a Wellness Centre.
According to reports, the house has been on and off the market for about two years now. Although it was never occupied, it completed its construction back in 2018.
The house went on the market with a price of $25 million and gradually dropped to $17 million, which was eventually bought by Ariana Grande for $13.7 million.
Along with the huge property, Ariana Grande has also got Hollywood star neighbors like Keanu Reeves and Leonardo Dicaprio.
