Except that Akshay has no commercial interests in mind. The actor who shares a great tuning with all his directors, right from Rajkumar Santoshi to Priyadarshan, has struck a similar rapport with producer-director Vipul Shah, during the making of his WAQT-RACE AGAINST TIME. So impressed is he with the way the film has shaped up that Akshay is seriously contemplating distributing the film in Mumbai territory. "We are still discussing it but it is a fact that Akshay has expressed his desire to take up the Mumbai rights of the film. That's probably his way of expressing his appreciation for the film. We are working out the modalities and we'll arrive at a decision soon," says Vipul Shah, who feels that the actor has a great future ahead.
