Subhash Ghai has been rather secretive about his next film "Kisna".
Even movie stills, which are normally distributed in a big way before a film's release, have been shown in a rather exclusive manner. Clearly, Ghai wants to stir curiosity.
But at the Apsara Awards in Mumbai, Ghai showcased his new discoveries from the film "Kisna". He let the media photograph British actress Antonio Bernath and Isha Sharvani along with Preity Zinta.
Together the three women made for a great photo opportunity for the media. Antonio, who is of British origin, was studying drama at Bristol's Old Vic Theatre School. She opted out of drama school when her agent asked her to audition for "a big Indian filmmaker".
Well-known dancer Daksha Sheth's daughter Isha left the confines of her mother's dance ashram in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, to join Ghai's unit. Daksha Sheth's troupe performed at the awards ceremony but Isha couldn't be spotted in it.
