Justin-Uday (of HIJACK and SIKANDAR fame), are excited, energized and busier than ever. Justin-Uday have been toiling on compositions that would suit Shibani Kashyap for her latest pop album, and are happy with their work so far. The production and recording for the album has been started, and the videos for the songs are all going to be produced by Vikram Bhatt's production company. With these great names working together, it's going to be one phenomenon to look forward to.

Justin-Uday have been the movers and shakers of the ad world music for over 15 years now and made their Bollywood debut last year with HIJACK. The music of HIJACK was pretty decent and the duo got recognition from the industry along with various awards nominations for best new music director category. Their latest release is Sikandar - a Sudhir Mishra production, the music of which is being appreciated all around.

For Justin -Uday working with Shibani on her album is like entering a new sphere, having an illustrious background in ads and films, with this album they enter the pop music domain. ''We are charged to the toe for this, as it is our third pop album, and it is certainly not an easy task. Challenges we face in this album are the greatest so far, as we are trying to revive a genre (non-film album) that is on the verge of extinction'', explains Justin-Uday.

Shibani Kashyap, best known for her soulful voice that embarks both Indian and western songs to the best, is all set to revive her pop career with her new album.

Elaborating on the plans Shibani says ''I had been thinking about this from a long time, and I believe that it is the right moment to revive the pop culture in India as the audience has grown weary of the remixes and has opened up to new genres. It is every artist's dream - creating their own album, and I am sure that our work would please the listeners''.

Along with Shibani's album Justin - Uday are working on the upcoming movies and the album of their Fusion band - The Fuzitives. Their studios Backwaters and Riversound have been credited as one of the best studios in Mumbai by the leading Asian music magazine.
