First director Prem R Soni is feeling the heat. Or perhaps the lack of it. With his MAIN AURR MRS. KHANNA just a week away from the release, he doesn't have any clue if he is coming or going. Being a part of the flow and getting the taste of euphoria that precedes the Friday of a film's release, he is just going through the motions and allowing himself to be carried away.

"Today I am numb with so much happening around me. As a father who would soon be having his baby reach out to the entire world, I will obviously feel good about it and say good things about the film. Now I want to see how audiences welcome my baby", says Prem who achieved a casting coup of sorts by bringing together Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

CHECK OUT: MAMK is a subtle, simple, pure & a real film

"All the actors too have seen the film and they have unanimously stated that it is one of the purest films that they have been part of. When we all stand together after watching the film, we just feel good and smile at each other. This is good enough. UTV Motion Pictures, co-producers with Sohail (Khan), are happy that we have come out with a quality product", Prem adds.

He is also happy that the music of the well has been well received with the simplicity factor, courtesy some hummable songs by Sajid-Wajid, working well for MAIN AURR MRS. KHANNA.

"The idea was to get melody back and hence a song like 'Don't Say Alvida'", says Prem, "Sajid-Wajid have come up with a great composition and when I see the song playing around all over, I feel great because it is carrying today's sound with melody. Even otherwise, the entire album has a touch of melody to it at some place or another. It's the kind of album that you want to take along on a long drive. During the music sittings, we all worked quite hard with certain honesty. All of that is paying well now."
