Though only two films old, Prateik babbar is already hot property. The actor, who has managed quite a following with his two films JAANE TU YA JAANE NA and DHOBI GHAT, is the new dream star of bollywood filmmakers.

May be this is the reason why producers are making bee line outside his residence these days. But, Prateik having too much on his plate is not being able to do justice to this sudden workload. Now, it's learnt that there are plies of scripts lying unread on Prateik's table these days.

Says our source, "Post the release of DHOBI GHAT, Prateik seems to have become the dream cast of bollywood producers. There are many well known and new filmmakers who want Prateik to be part of their films. But, the actor seems to have no time for anyone right now. With his shooting for Prakash Jha film (AARAKSHAN) taking most of his time, Prateik has kept all the producers eternally waiting for him. Everyone seems to be demanding a pie of his time which seems to be the most difficult demand for him to fulfill."

With just two films making him a rage in the Hindi film industry (HIFI), we wonder what's more in store.
