When we queried Zarine about the same, she said, ''It is not exactly a remake of CRANK. Just the concept is there and AMAR MUST DIE is a working title. It is a great feeling to work with a director of the calibre of Remo D'Souza and the icing on the cake is Rajeev Khandelwal, who is a fantastic actor.''

Elaborating on the film and her role she says,''The genre is thriller. I essay the role of a journalist, to be exact a TV reporter. To understand my role (and get into the skin of the character!) I saw a lot of news channels and in particular news anchors,'' concludes Zarine.
