For an actor who was termed underrated, Irrfan Khan has definitely created continuous buzz about his work throughout the year.

As we come towards the year end, we bring you some of his peak achievements in the year which kept him in news:

He began the year with a lot of buzz making news of him appearing in the latest part of the cult JURASSIC WORLD franchise and INFERNO, where he had parallel lead to Tom Hanks. This added new flag to his Hollywood career.

He then appeared in Shoojit Sircar's PIKU which grabbed many eye-balls especially for his old school romance with sizzling Deepika Padukone. He was also a part of cinematic changing movie QISSA.

The announcement of him doing a Japanese show once again captured everyone's attention and added new benchmark to his career.

Even though the movie didn't do much magic, Irrfan amazed the audiences by his action and dialogues in JAZBAA. It was the first time he was paired opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in her comeback movie.

His intriguing character in TALVAR also brought him lot of praises not only from the audiences but also the critics. His chemistry with Tabu after their last acclaimed film MAQBOOL was something to look forward to.

The actor (who ranks on the 4th position of Times Celebex list) is currently shooting for his upcoming film SONG OF SCORPIONS. He was recently spotted on the cover page of Forbes India and Platform, and we must say, the man looks dapper in suit! We guess the actor is just raising the bar higher with each move.
