For the super talented Irrfan Khan, 2015 has been a very good year so far with PIKU, JURASSIC WORLD doing well. With TALVAR, which released this Friday, receiving a good feedback from the critics and masses, he is almost set to have three back-to-back hits! But the actor doesn't want the successful run to halt at a hat-trick as he also has JAZBAA releasing the coming week.

When asked the actor if he wants to hit a hat-trick and how excited is he about his films, he said, “This should not stop on a hat-trick, it should just keep on going on. I have JAZBAA releasing a week after TALVAR. I am very excited about both the films. Both the films are completely different and will give you a different experience. These two films are such that they could've come on the same day and the audience could have seen me doing different stories on the same day.”

He further added, “TALVAR is such a kind of drama that the Indian audience hasn't seen earlier. It is completely based on facts and how to make facts so engaging and entertaining and it is something that you will take along with you. It is a film that is not going to leave you after you watch it, it will tag along with you and it will have conversations with you.”

After seeing the trailer of TALVAR & JAZBAA, we figured that Irrfan is portraying the role of a cop in both the films. Irrfan corrected us saying, “I'm not playing a cop in TALVAR, I'm playing a CDI officer. It is more of an intelligent officer work than a cop. In JAZBAA I'm playing a cop, suspended cop, but the style of the film is such that I don't need to behave like a policeman. It is more to entertain you with one liners.”

Irrfan seems to be too confident about his films. With TALVAR getting a good response, we hope the film does well at the box office too and for JAZBAA, which also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, we hope it is a good film too. The coming Friday will make things clear to us.
