HOUSEFULL 4 Music Review

The Bhoot Song Music Review
Fox Star Studios & Sajid Nadiadwala’s Diwali extravaganza, HOUSEFULL 4, the next  in the super successful HOUSEFULL franchise , showcases ‘The Bhoot Song’, which  is a spin off the iconic Laxmikant-Pyarelal, Anand Bakshi number, ‘Bhoot Raja Bahar Aaja’ ( CHACHA BHATIJA).

Recreated by Fahad Samji and Sandeep Sirodhkar, with superb hilariously apt lyrics by Farhad Samji & Vayu and signature music by ‘Rockstar’ Devi Sri Prasad, and rendered superbly by Mika Singh and Farhad. The video that accompanies ‘The Bhoot Song’ is as zany and whacky as it can get.

It features all the main leads, Akshay, Bobby, Ritesh, Kriti sanon, Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui (as Ramsey Baba), the exorcist who is  given the task of curing Akshay  aka Harry/Bala from the ghost  of his past life and is simply mind-blowing as he mouths his iconic popular dialogue ‘Kabhi kabhi toh lagta hai ki apunch hi bhagwan hai’ from his hit web series. A song that will be loved by the kids and youth alike.

Chammo Music Review
After the super zany  ‘Shaitan Ka Saala’ and ‘The Bhoot Song’ comes the highly rhythmic, superbly entertaining, fun propositioning number, ‘Chammo’. Composed by Sohail Sen, rendered by the composer along with Sukhwinder, Shreya and Shadab Faridi (lyrics Sameer Anjaan), the song set in the era of 1419 in the Sitamgarh kingdom.

It  makes lovely use of Hindustani musical arrangements and instruments like dhol, shehnai, mandolin etc. All the main leads Akshay ( Bala), Ritesh (Bangdu Maharaj), Bobby (Dhramputra), Kriti Sanon (Rajkumari Madhu), Pooja Hegde (Rajkumari Mala) and Kriti Kharbanda (Rajkumari Meena) feature in this song and does bring alive the epic grandeur and opulence of the era of kings, princesses and princes. Epic entertainment indeed!

Shaitan Ka Saala Music Review
As the title suggests HOUSEFULL 4 is ‘Shaitan Ka Saala’ is a super zany, hilarious introductory song that introduces main lead, Akshay Kumar’s 1419 ‘avatar’ Bala. Composed by Sohail Sen with rib crackling lyrics by Farhad Samji, its rendered with amazing zeal  and energy by Vishal Dadlani and Sohail Sen.

Akshay is hilarious with his  devilish antics, cruel expressions,  and weird , over the top yet funny get up,  as the evil ‘shaitan ka saala’ (devil’s brother-in-law). The song that will be loved by the kids and youth as well.
