The great dance master Ganesh Acharya's HEY BRO has music by Nitz and Sony (Nitin Aora and Sony Chandy) who have been making their presence felt for quite a long time. May be HEY BRO might just provide them with the launch pad to success and fame that these talented duo rightly deserve. Music is expected to be light, fun and entertaining, keeping in mind the theme of the movie. So let's check out the audio.

Staying true to the club/party feel, the song, 'DJ' is a catchy dance number sung superbly by Sunidhi Chauhan and Ali Zafar. The tune (both mukhda and antara is very heard before ('Khoon Chus Le'- GO GOA GONE as also 'Pungi' AGENT VINOD), but the lyrics and overall packaging makes for an interesting hear.

Himesh and Shreya come together for the best song of the album, 'Naach Meri Bulbul' (there is absolutely no similarity to the iconic Rajesh Khanna song from ROTI) and they are just superb. The tune is infectious, the lyrics cute and the desi cum western arrangements classy.

The composition that brings together quite a few super stars and the mega star (Bachchan) on screen is the rip roaring rap song, 'Birju'. Sung with zeal by Udit Narayan and Mika Singh, Arya and Naezy, the lyrics are side splitting and will surely translate well on the big screen.

Another song that may make a mark after the release of the film is the situational 'Line Laga' sung by Mika Singh and Anu Malik. One gets to hear a totally different side of the two artists in this rap n reggae type number which makes for a good hear.

The song that will instantly remind of the great Kishore Da's iconic number 'Ek Chatur Naar' is 'Hu Tu Tu Tu' (it's in the same corridor) sung by the versatile Sonu featuring Sivmani. In fact only he could have done justice to this song which is like a dance (comic) drama. Depicting a game of 'kabbadi' where the players say Hu tu tu, the song is fun to hear, although the tune reminds of 'Ek Aankh Maroon Toh' (TOHFA).

Providing a totally different sound and rhythm and feel, the music of HEY BRO by Nitz and Sony makes for an entertaining hear. Although 'DJ' and 'Birju' are already popular but our fav is 'Naach Meri Bulbul'. The release date having being postponed (to 6th March), should work in favour of audio achieving more popularity when the comic action flick releases all over this Holi.
