Download Hulchul WallpapersThey say Laughter is the best medicine. Recently, Priyadarshan has started believing in this mantra more than anyone else and it's certainly working for him. Hera Pheri and Hungama were successful in descending degrees of success, but Priyadarshan continues to bank upon the Sitcom genre and the slapstick screenplays to pull the audiences to the cinema halls.

Hulchul is his latest endeavor starring Akshaye Khanna, Kareena Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Shetty and Arbaaz Khan. Priyadarshan tries some diversity and uniqueness by roping in the Southern talent - Vidyasagar for composing the music while lyrically, Darshan remains loyal to Sameer.

'Hum Dil Ke' is a soft mellow number by Shaan and Sadhna Sargam. The melody of the track is somewhat good, but the pace is literally crawling, which eventually gets boring.

The item track that rolls up next will leave you wanting you for no more. 'Loot Gayee Lanka Ravan Ki' is an item track with solid rural effect. A sincere team effort by Gayatri, Sayonara Philip, Poornima and Raja Lakshmi goes in vain due to a melody that has no takers.

Download Hulchul WallpapersIt takes a track from Melody kings Anand-Milind to salvage this middling album. 'Ishq Main' is a delightful melodious track sung by Shaan and Alka Yagnik with a few romantic remembrances that keep the track going. So far, this one's the best soundtrack in the movie.

'Lee Humne Kasam' restores the triteness of the album with a sagging tune and nothing better than Hariharan's smooth vocals. The Southern feel is quite prominent in the track and lyrically too there is barely any meaning, which is so typical of Southern Music.

Download Hulchul WallpapersThe album concludes with a humorous note in 'Dekho Zara Dekho'. Anand-Milind once again compose a likable tune with a combo of singers like Udit Narayan and Kunal Ganjawala, which creates a good diversified effect while the track advances from a slow somber tune to a swift racy melody.

Musically, Priyadarshan's movies have always lacked sensational soundtracks and 'Hulchul' seems to be only appending the list. Hopefully, Hulchul's story and treatment will be good enough to create sufficient Hulchul at the Box-Office.
