Amazon Prime Video’s legal Kannada drama had released on Amazon Prime Video on the 17th of July and has received a lot of commendation from the audience! However, the film has created quite a stir among lawyers and law students as they are delighted to see a release of a film that brings a lawyer to the spotlight as the protagonist who saves the day.

The crime thriller follows the character led by Ragini Prajwal who makes her debut as a lead actress. One of the primary reasons Ragini agreed to the film was that she strongly felt that lawyers are an important pillar of justice in India who mostly go under-recognized in the entertainment industry. It was of paramount importance that lawyers get the recognition that was long overdue and the film ‘Law’ does just that through the journey of the protagonist, Nandini who is shown as a bold character who is not afraid to raise her voice and battle it out in the court with words as her weapon to seek justice.

The film is directed by Raghu Samarth and produced by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, M Govinda. The film also features Siri Prahlad, Achyuth Kumar, Sudharani, and veteran actor Mukyamanthri Chandru in prominent roles. Law also marks the first film from the Sandalwood industry to have a digital release.
