Shraddha Arya turns Charlie Chaplin in Kundali Bhagya

Kundali Bhagya has been ruling the TRP charts since the very beginning with its gripping storyline and all the surprising twists and turns.

Starring Dheeraj Dhoopar (Karan), Shraddha Arya (Preeta), Anjum Fakih (Shrishti), Manit Joura (Rishabh) and Abhishek Kapur (Sameer), the show has been loved by one and all.

The latest track of Kundali Bhagya will grab attention as viewers will be amused to see Charlie Chaplin entering the show!

For those of you who don't know, Preeta (Shraddha Arya) has been trying to get into Karan's house. But in the current track, her entry into the house is barred. Hence, she disguises herself as Charlie Chaplin, so that no one can recognise her.

After Sridevi in Mr. India, Shraddha perhaps is the only other female actor in Indian pop culture to try on a Chaplin-esque look replete with all his typical mannerisms!

As Shraddha reveals, "Though it's a sad sequence, we wanted to put a smile on everyone's face and what better than a Charlie Chaplin-inspired look. My idol Sridevi had done it beautifully in Mr. India and was so convincing and funny.

I’ll try my hand at it now and hope everyone gets a smile on their face when they see me as Charlie Chaplin. To be honest, this is my favourite look for a disguise as it is inspired by such an iconic character.

In fact, the scene also resonates with Charlie Chaplin's acts where he used to do sad sequences in a cheerful, entertaining way and I wanted to add that flavour to the show and the makers agreed."

Talking about her experience getting in the look and acting like Charlie Chaplin, Shraddha further added, "Getting into the look was very smooth as everything was arranged and planned very well.

I have to give credit to my whole team, they did a fantastic job. Acting like Charlie Chaplin is not easy, but everyone has been appreciating my effort. I am currently continuing to shoot in this look and I am happy that I have been entertaining everyone."
