Karan Kundrra talks about mental health and urges everyone to check people around you

Karan Kundrra has become a sort of a millennial icon. He enjoys a huge fan following on his social media accounts.

Recently Karan Kundrra and many others are disturbed with the news of suicide of actors. The recent news of the death of Preksha Mehta actress from Crime Patrol commited suicide.

Karan Kundrra came forward to talk more about mental health and shared a message, “Mental Illness can be Invisible! One can feel anxious, depressed, suicidal and still turn up for work everyday looking confident wearing a smile and appearing fine! Plz check on people around you.. don’t assume you know how they feel based on how they look!! #mentalhealth”

In the picture, Karan shared two photos of him. The first photo in which he is sad and quotes “Anxious, Depressed, Suicidal and in another photo, He is seen smiling and quoted the same. He just wanted to say that Behind every sweet smile, there is a bitter sadness that no one can ever see and feel. A smile is the light in your window that tells others that there is a caring, sharing person inside.

He also the mourned the death of Preksha Mehta. He expressed his thoughts on mental illness. In his post, Karan wrote, “‘Sabse bura hota hai sapno ka marr jaana’ another television actor has committed suicide and this is what she posted last on her Instagram #prekshamehta this is extremely sad! You were so young.. you had your entire life in front of you! We need to talk more about mental health.”
