I am able to gain a new perspective and use it to come up with new things.”.
The field of business can be a shaky ground, and comes with its fair share of struggles but Merchant has been able to hold his own and command a firm foundation. Despite managing three vastly different ventures, he has been able to steer them all to great success.
Merchant says that he finds the strength to continue through the unwavering faith and support of his family.
“Troubles and problems will always be on your trail – no matter who you are. The higher you climb, the more problems you gain, many people start praying for your downfall – and it is very easy to get disheartened by all this. In face of this disappointment and sadness, one needs to think about the value of their motivation, you are doing what you do for a reason and you should always remember that. It will keep you focused. Let people say what they want to say, when you pay attention to them you give them the power to affect you, if you stay focused nothing can touch you.”
